Executive Chef Wendy Weller attended Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, achieving certificates in Continuing Education. She worked on Luxury Sailing and Power Yachts for eleven years in the Caribbean and Eastern Seaboard. She was the executive chef and part of the management team for the last 6 of the 11 years. Previous to Florida, Chef Wendy had a Catering and Personal Chef business in Virginia and South Padre Island, Texas.
In addition to the in-home Personal Chef Service, she specializes in private dinner parties, cocktail parties, large or small, business luncheons, etc. "The food and service I provide, is the same as you would expect from a 5-star restaurant," states Wendy.
Chef Wendy holds a business license in Sarasota County, Liability Insurance for $1,000,000 with CNA and has up to date Food Safety Certification.
